1. General
- These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions between GoPackus and its customers.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payments via ACH payment, wire transfer or credit card (with additional processing fee).
- Terms of payment are within GoPackus' sole discretion. If Customer has established GoPackus credit as well as a customer account number with an account in good standing, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Customer shall not withhold payment of any amounts due and payable by reason of any dispute with GoPackus.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days except for custom order.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- Any shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns on stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused and resalable condition.
- Non-returnable items include Custom items, Items marked as "non-returnable" or Items not in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by GoPackus.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Product Warranty & Liability
- We guarantee our products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
- Any claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products; we are not responsible for consequential damages or losses.
6. Privacy Policy
- We collect and store customer information solely for order processing and communication purposes.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties without consent.
